A new build four storey block in a much sought after city centre location consisting of thirteen 1,2 and 3 bedroom luxury apartments.
The development features split level designs in two of its top floor apartments with large roof terraces and parking to the rear.
The apartments are serviced by a lift and have the benefit of communal gardens which are landscaped for the enjoyment of the tenants.
The apartments are constructed in a densely populated residential area which meant close liaison with the local community and direct neighbours to ensure minimal disruption to their daily activities.
The primary construction was of a steel framed building with a brick outer skin and a single ply membrane roof. Stainless steel and glass feature balconies completed the contemporary design of the building.
For the comfort of the residents, an 8 person lift was installed to service all floors with a stainless steel and glass communal staircase to maintain the modern look of the building.
Installation of under floor heating in each apartment with a heat recovery system which added to the sustainability aspect of the project.
For the safety of the residents, a fully addressable fire alarm system and a telephone and video entry system was installed.
50% of the apartments were sold off-plan due to the quality of the fit-out, including the fixtures and fittings which included fully fitted kitchens with appliances finished with silestone worktops.
Bathrooms included both a bath and shower cubicle and were tiled from floor to ceiling using Porcelanosa products.
