Cranage Hall Hotel in Cheshire has launched an innovative outdoor dining space with a 360 degree open kitchen al fresco dining space.
Vear Group were approached to develop the new concept alongside the clients architect.
Our brief required the existing tired patio area to be removed and a new modern design needed installing.
The new patio featured ‘millboard’ decking, reconstituted stone paving complete with supports for feature parasols.
The cooking area comprised of a brick build with tiled finishes, zircona mistral specialist solid worktops and recessed glass upstands.
An automated brise soleil was integrated within the bar enclosure.
Our in-house mechanical & electrical services division were engaged to carry out the electrical installation including an LED lighting scheme.
The project posed particular difficulties when working around the operations of a live Hotel. Close liaison with the hotel management provided a framework to overcome the projects unique difficulties.
Handover of the project was completed within tight time constraints to facilitate a pre-arranged event.
