Qualified and Competent
All individuals at Vear Group hold the appropriate qualifications specific to their roles.
Vear Group Site Labourers and Site Managers hold the following qualifications:
- (Site Managers Safety Training)
- (Site Supervisor Safety Training)
- First Aid At Work
- CSCS Card Holder (supervisory level)
- UKATA Asbestos Awareness trained
Vear Group Health & Safety Management hold the following qualifications:
- NVQ 4
- NEBOSH Construction certificate
Commitment and Protection
Our competent teams carefully plan and coordinate every step of our client’s projects with the endeavour of making them a healthier and safer working environment.
As part of our commitment to reducing risk, our health and safety department are responsible for ensuring that risk assessments and method statements are collected from sub-contractors and communicated to our teams on site.
We insist that all persons who attend site as construction workers (or visitors) adhere to our standard PPE requirements; Hard Hat, Safety Gloves, Eye Protection, High Visibility Clothing and Safety Boots as a minimum.
At Vear Group, we reflect best practice and attained important third party accreditations through SSIP (Safety Schemes in Procurement).
