VEAR GROUP CHARITY POLICY

VEAR regard charitable activities as an integral part of the company's social responsibility. The Vear Group of companies is a committed partner to the communities in which we work, using our business activities to make a positive social impact. Vear also supports our employees in their individually chosen charity initiatives across the Group.

Many of our employees are actively involved in their local communities as volunteers and wherever possible we are pleased to support them. Our community investment activity is financed through a discretionary cash budget approved by the Vear board. We welcome long term involvement with charity organisations to address issues key to the interests of the community and to enhance our reputation as a responsible company.

We have developed ongoing and valued relationships with numerous charities, sponsoring many fund raising events and activities.
Vear Group has launched a 'Matched Funding' policy which reflects the valuable contribution many employees make through their charity fundraising by matching the money raised.
