The building is a new acquisition for HSBC, and is now HSBC’s Regional and Commercial Centre for the Channel Islands.
The contract involved a total renovation throughout the entire building, from full strip out to a high specification fast track fit out programme, which includes new Mechanical and Electrical installation, the whole project was delivered on time and to budget.
The bank now is able to boast several different offices all working from under one central building which includes their Regional PFS, Commercial Wealth and Commercial offices, Five Client meeting rooms and has a Conference Room suitable to house 60 delegates.
The client has expressed their thanks in delivering a high standard facility that meets the modern day requirements for the banking industry.
